This calculator solves any missing value among original price, discount %, and final price, and shows savings. Stack mode applies discounts in order (e.g. 20% then 10%) and reports the effective rate — which is not the same as adding the percents. Preguntas frecuentes

Do stacked discounts add?

No — they multiply in sequence. Example: 100 with 20% then 10% → 80 then 72; effective discount is 28%, not 30%.

Can I solve for the original price?

Yes — use the “% + Final” mode. A 100% discount cannot uniquely recover the original price.

What about tax and rounding?

Taxes and store rounding are out of scope — we compute with the decimals you enter.
