Full-width / Half-width Converter 소개
Mixed full-width and half-width characters are a common source of form validation errors and missed database matches — full-width digits in a phone number, or stray half-width katakana in a name field.
This tool lets you toggle alphanumerics, katakana, and symbols (including spaces) independently. Katakana conversion correctly decomposes and recomposes voiced (dakuten) and semi-voiced (handakuten) sounds.
Kanji and hiragana are left untouched. Half-width katakana conversion also covers punctuation marks like 。、「」・.

자주 묻는 질문
Does it handle voiced and semi-voiced katakana?
Yes. “ガ” converts to half-width “ｶﾞ” (base + dakuten mark) and back, and the same applies to semi-voiced sounds.
Are kanji and hiragana converted too?
No. Only alphanumerics, katakana, and symbols/space are converted — kanji and hiragana are left as-is.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to toco.tools servers.
