UTM Builder

Build campaign URLs with utm_source, medium, campaign, term and content.

Bare hosts (example.com/…) are fine. Existing utm_* are replaced on build.

Sobre UTM Builder

UTM parameters are query tags that help analytics tools attribute traffic from ads, email, social, and more. Building them by hand is easy to get wrong — encoding mistakes or stomping existing query keys are common. toco.tools’s UTM Builder adds utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content to a destination URL. You get medium/source chips, Google Ads / email / social presets, preservation of non-UTM query params and hashes, parse-from-URL, and optional lowercasing. This is a URL generator, not a guarantee of any analytics product’s reporting rules. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent to toco.tools servers.

Como usar

  1. Enter a destination URL (or pick a preset)
  2. Fill utm_source, medium, campaign (and term / content if needed)
  3. Copy the campaign URL and use it in your links

Perguntas frequentes

Are utm_term and utm_content required?

No — they are optional. Term is often used for paid search keywords; content for creative or A/B variants. Blank parameters are omitted from the URL.

What happens to existing query params and hashes?

Non-utm query keys and the hash (#…) are preserved. Any existing utm_* keys are replaced by the form values.

Should values be lowercase?

Many analytics tools treat casing as distinct dimension values, so the lowercase option is recommended—but not required.

Is my input sent anywhere?

No. Generation runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to toco.tools servers.
