“Standard weight” in Japanese health contexts is often BMI 22 (weight = 22 × height in meters squared). This tool also lists lifestyle nicknames such as beauty weight (BMI 20) and “Cinderella” weight (BMI 18), classic Broca (height cm − 100) and the common Japanese modified Broca (×0.9), plus sex-dependent Lorentz and Devine ideal body weight (IBW).
