Random Number Generator

Generate random integers or decimals in a range.

Unbiased numbers from the browser CSPRNG (crypto.getRandomValues). Great for draws, test data, and simulations.

关于Random Number Generator

A random number generator draws values from a range you choose—useful for raffles, test data, simulations, and quick dice-like rolls. toco.tools supports integer mode (min/max, count, unique) and decimal mode (decimal places), plus ascending or descending sort. Copy the full list in one click. Randomness comes from the browser CSPRNG (crypto.getRandomValues) with rejection sampling—not Math.random—so results stay unbiased. Everything runs locally; nothing is sent to a server.

使用方法

  1. Choose integer or decimal mode
  2. Set min, max, count, and options
  3. Generate and copy the results

常见问题

What randomness source do you use?

The browser CSPRNG via crypto.getRandomValues—not Math.random. Integer ranges use rejection sampling to avoid modulo bias.

When does unique mode fail?

In integer mode with Unique on, the inclusive range must contain at least as many integers as the count. For example, 1–5 cannot yield 6 unique values.

Can I generate negative numbers?

Yes. Min and max may be negative; minimum must be less than or equal to maximum.

Are results sent to a server?

No. Generation runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to toco.tools servers.
